tonights episode was alright. i like how threw in the Billy Batson/Captain Marvel and Hanks "Big" twist, into the Warrior Angel character. i wonder if this the closest that we will get to Captain Marvel on Smallville. man, Zatanna is freakin horny....she basically tempts to get every male superhero shes comes in contact with, to bang her. even goin as far as usin her santeria magic on Clark, tryin to get it to happen. it pissesd me off that Chloe again tried to hide stuff from Clark, to protect someone.....even after the Davis/Doomsday thing and Olsen's death, you would think that she wouldnt do that crap anymore. Zatanna (her name always reminds me of the word "satana" which means "satan" in spanish), beat the kid with her star of baphomet shape grains, and spell chants.... did anyone notice the Stormtrooper costume that Lois was wearin, and then amazonian one? the kid had a Wonder Woman like logo on his shirt. there was a guy wearin the red jacket and blue shirt that Clark usually wears. i like how they keep usin the Superman teases in the way that the kid drew the Superman suit and showed it to Clark, but instead the "S" shield didnt have an "S" but other letters, Clarks says that he likes the "S" better too. it looks like Chloe and Green Arrow are goin to be hookin up soon, its nice of Oliver to try to keep it in the family hahaha. well feel free to throw in your thoughts on the episode, and where you think the series is goin. im lookin forward to the "I Love Lucy" style Smallville episode of next week, maybe Clark will sing "Babalu" haha.

tonights episode was freakin weird man.... with Lois's behavior and hyperness it makes me wonder, what the hell was in that fairy dust, uncut cocaine??? that verbal cat fight between Lois and Chloe was wild, almost as if Chloe was a little jelous at Lois for bein with Clark....ive always thought that Chloe has always had feelins for Clark and has wanted him for herself....with her actions at times. then theres the second cat fight of the night with Chloe and Mercer. and whats with the "Thundercats Ho!" glowin eyes of the characters lately? ever since Zatanna's apparences thats been happenin.... i didnt care for the Zod and Mercer sexual tension scene at all.... but i did love how CLark has been growin bigger balls in this season, and has been puttin characters in thier place... i was hopin that he snapped Zod's neck, when he said "you think i dont feel like bein a killer at times, like you!" this Clark Kent/Superman is bein like the golden age Superman, he doesnt take sht when hes pushed, and has the potential to smack a few characters on the mouth, if need be... at the end of the episode, Zod only started mouthin off to Clark, because he knows that Clark isnt goin to fold him in half... but notice how Zod knew his place real quick, when Clark grabbed him earlier in the episode.... but Clark sent him a message at the end, when he set everythin on fire... it seems like its "No More Mr. Nice Guy" for Clark in this season.
so what are your comments and thoughts on tonights, domestic disputes, Clark's temper and the episode all together?

Well... The different kryptonite stuff is getting a tad played out... I mean come on, Gemstone Kryptonite? Really?? The best part was that now of that red son, clark losing his powers while zod gains them, crap is going to happen... Well at least not in the way that was revealed a few episodes back...
It was an okay episode, but nothing to write home about...
hahaha that mustve been some "cocaine kryptonite" man, everyone was hyper. yup Zod will most likely gain the powers, and then pass along his facist order. i just want to see Clark continue to keep morons in line, im glad that hes becomin a little more aggressive with the villains.Originally Posted by ashley76

tonights episode was great. i couldnt blame that Doctor, for goin crazy on those kryptonians ("kandorians", or whatever) after what they did to him....the doctor was the real victim in that drama. Zod now has his power due to Clark's blood.....man Superman is too good sometimes, now because of his good deed, Clark is goin suffer for it eventually at the hands of Zod.... Zod now knows the secret to gettin powers...and he might select a chosen few (if any), of his soldiers to give them power too......but i have a feelin that he will keep it as only he has the powers and no one else. i dont like the way Chloe has been actin, in the last few episodes..... and after tonight episode, i think she might end up bein a villain or atleast in the gray area in the near future.... im glad that it looks like Metallo will be back soon, and with Zod havin his powers now, the sht just hit the fan..... i know Zod is destined to be a villain, but what the hells his problem, why does he have it in for Clark???? its almost like hes jelous of Clark.. i guess soon we will find out the answer to all that.... i also have a feelin that Lex might be comin back soon too, probably on the last episode of the season. so heres a few questions that maybe you guys might know the answers to, do you think Chloe might become a villain later in the series? whats Zod's beef with Clark? and what did you guys think of this episode?

Hmmm... it was an okay episode for me... I get irritated that they don't move the Clark/Lois dynamic forward more than they do, but oh well... I don't think Chloe will be bad, she now has Oliver to keep her on target...
Zod's beef with Clark is that Zod is trying to protect his "family" and can't do it without powers. Also he probably has ulterior motives for his powers as well...
tonights episode was ok.... it had Silver Banshee, but i wanted the fight to be longer....not just a few seconds.... i knew Chloe and Oliver were goin to end up together.....but that was a little rushed though i think. Zod is now bangin Tess, which i thought kryptonians couldnt bang earth women, unless they were human first, like in Superman 2. now you got Zod tryin to pass off as Supes (i hate to call Clark "the Blur", i like "Supes" better), which will bring even more drama, cause now hes gettin beyond personal with the Clark beef.... Zod has been breakin into Clark's home, and screwin there too.... and now hes tryin to talk to Lois....Zod has a deathwish... too bad its not Bruce, that Zod is messin with...Bruce would drop him into place quick. Checkmate, might be appearin in the next episode, from the previews.....but we will see what happens... also, did anyone notice that when Banshee grabbed Oliver, his face turned skeleton-like, similar to the same way that the corpse looked....anyone else notice this?

tonight's episode was better than last week's i think. i still think that Chloe is goin to get it....maybe Tess might get it too, but im leanin more towards Chloe... we also have yet to see Maxwell Lord...but im sure that he might be in the episodes soon. it was nice to have Grier back in the series (shes still looks bangable to me, even though shes a granny), and shes a great live-action Waller......Checkmate is just the vehicle to the climax of the season. i wonder who Jon is workin with, and who left the red chest piece behind.... but my guess is that Jon might be workin with Alan Scott and a few other heroes to infiltrate and disband CM. who do you guys think that Jon is workin with, and who do you think left the red chest piece behind?

First I thought, this was a weak episode. For all the hype around Checkmate, it turned out to be a let down to me... (I thought the Silver Banshee episode was better than this) :)
As to who MM is working for, (No clue). Who left the Red Piece? I really have no clue, but I might make the guess of Maxwell Lord...
i liked tonight's episode better than last week's story. i was suprised when i saw Clark smirkin, and shovin Chloe around.... but then i had a feelin that it might have been, the red Kryptonite doin it and it turned out to be that. i havent seen Clark go bad, since like late 2003 early 2004....when he was wearin the red kryptonite ring. i like how they made refference to Rao, from the pre-crisis Superman mythos. Zod and his Nazi agenda seem to be evolvin, and its about to hit the fan hard. i like how when its not time at the Fortress of Solitude of this series, the ice is dark and no theres no lights...just the night's sky. i guess Corben is now a good guy, which is cool cause i like Green. but its only goin to get worst, if he switches his green kryptonite heart, for a red one instead.... at the end of the episode, it seemed like a Cosa Nostra induction ceremony, with the hand slicin, right before Zod was goin to have his army "made" with super powers... the season might come to a close soon. theres probably like 3 episodes left....and then the cliffhanger until next season. so what did you guys think of tonights episode?

did anyone see tonight's episode? what a freakin cliffhanger that was! Clark got the last laugh too, and did a little reverse psychology on Zod.... its not the first time either....Superman 2 ring any bells? i think Welling may eventually change his mind, and wear the suit.
p.s. it was Tess that was bumped...we orginally said Chloe or maybe Tess, it turned out to be Tess...
