    Seriously! that is awesome! You must use an airbrush instead of regular paint brushes because that is seriously the best paint-apps I have ever seen on a custom action figure!

    Thanks for the comments.

    I don't use an airbrush, as ive never had good luck with them. Sometimes I do use spraypaint, but rarely. Red Tornado's red is spraypainted, as is the metallic blue on Stargirl and Dr Fate. The other customs, though, are all brush painted.

    Well how do you get such a great finish on the figures with the paint brush... I don't see the first brush stroke...

    i keep the paint really thin by not wringing the water from my brush. I always make the first stroke on the side of the paint jar itself, so any 'streaky' thickness is wiped away before I actually brush onto the toy itself. Its also important to use a light gray primer as often as possible so it only takes 1-2 coats to get the right tone evenly across the whole toy. I also try to use flat tones and only gloss when the character demands it(like Hawkman's metal helmet)

    totally awsome-love the aquaman, and hawkman the best!!!!! I'm glad someone finally done norman in!!!!!!!!!!!! Great paint apps and pic taking!!!!!!!!!!!!!
