Doctor Doom
Although I don't consider him an "Iron Man Villain", my favorite Iron Man storyline from the Layton era had IM against Dr. Doom.

Favorite would have to be good ole' Mandarin. Not too big on brute vs. brute. So I like the fact that he has the power of mystic arts on his side. Something that is really difficult to beat with armory and tech.

im goin with The Mandarin. he was the first Iron Man villain that i saw, when i played Captain America and the Avengers, for Nintendo back in 1992.

I think The Mandarin is the classic Iron Man villain. the stories seem much more intense when I read them.

I have to say the Ghost. Even though he's a foe of Iron Man, he's really an industrial saboteur who has made enemies all over, good and bad. I'll never forget the issue of Iron Man where he lets Spymaster use his phasing technology and then rips it away, causing Spymaster to rematerialize in a wall. Just a cool villain whose identity remains unknown.

The Crimson Dynamo. He was the villain in one of the very first Marvel Comics I ever bought. When I finally realized it was worth something I found out my cousin had taken my 'stash' of comics from my great aunt and uncle's house. That rat!
