Just thought I'd ask a question

How much of one character is enough and or how do you feel about obscure, females, oddities (meaning th ones you never thought you would see-even more obscure)????




Me? Well, I know that Wolverine, Spidey, Hulk an Thor sell an pay th bills, but I think th obscure, female ratio could be improved upon

I definitely agree... Though I can't say how profitable they would be... I would love to see Bowen take on Red She-Hulk, and most of the female characters in the current Hulk storyline...

Ash, at times I think Randy may be a little too modest, the collective masses can't get enough BowenDesigns, even when he has done some obscure characters even they sell out eventually, it may take longer, but in th end a complete sell out IS a sell out, isn't it?

While I agree that Iron Man or Hulk may sell out the day it's put up for order, does it truly matter if one sells out in 24 to 48 hours versus 6 months?

I guess it all depends on his point of view... and how long it takes for each character to sell out.. Is six months to long to recoup the money to make it worthwhile to continue obscure characters? Did he have to discount some of the piece (cutting into profit) to sell out?

there are probably many more factors to consider than that...
