    Cool Brownsville

"Brownsville" is written by Neil Kleid, art by Jake Allen. this is a graphic novel based on New York City jewish mobsters, of the 1930's. mostly focusin on the members of Murder Incorporated.

WARNING, THIS COMIC FEATURES REAL MOB LINGO.....WHICH INCLUDES FOUR-LETTER WORDS.

i wish that people made more comics/graphic novels on this genre. yea the Batman comics, feature a mess of mobsters...but they arent jewish mobsters though...

Dude, I can read a comic about anything as long as the story is captivating. I just love the comic medium!

thats cool man, that means that youre open to all genres of comics. check these out man, i was told about them and they are called "Crime Does NOT Pay", i think that they were a series published from the 1940s to the late 1950s.... but ive seen some covers from the 1960's so i dont know for sure, when they stopped bein published. i was told that they focused on the true crime of the time.... if you notice on some of the covers, youll see that they feature real life mobsters that ive mentioned before, like Lepke Buchalter, Dutch Schultz, Lucky Luciano, Legs Diamond, and Mad Dog Coll. these comics are really violent and graphic i think, for the time period that they were released...they seem more violent than most of today's mainstream comics:

i highly doubt, that Superman is in this one......hahaha

i really want to get these, they seem like really good books!

very cool. The covers are more violent than I would have thought comics would have been back then. This must have been before the comic code LOL...

I read through it and it was a decent story.
