    o sht..... this is never good.... if the producers are battlin it out with the WB, (and WB are the owners of DC Comics), then this could halt or put season ten in limbo, or just never get made.... this is ironic Ashley, you and i were just talkin about a probable Marvel and Fox court case, and then this hits us home (home bein DC Comics related stuff), damn man, this is not good for Smallville or its fans.
