Mattel Announces DCUC Wave 14

I just read somewhere that Toy Guru said this wave is a Wal-Mart wave...damn you, Mattel!

The lineup looks pretty cool--Zatanna and Ultra-Humanite look sweet. I can't wait for Obsidian and it looks like Gold is more of a modern sculpt. I don't know about Kamandi, though--he looks like one of the Village People minus the construction hat. I guess he can hang out with the wave 13 Superboy, haha!

A Wal-Mart wave??? Geez, I guess I won't be getting these then...

man, the Zatanna picture alone, makes me want to get her action figure....

@Ashley--Don't want to look around for it or your Wal-Marts don't carry DCUC? I'd be happy to keep an eye out for you.

Obsidian looks very cool--I've always wanted him and Blue Devil to get their figures. I wish they had done a dark wash on the front of Hourman's mask (a la wave 1 Batman)--I remember from the comics his mask always being shaded dark like the pic that Ashley posted.

Wal-Mart doesn't carry DCUC... They did for a short while. They had the Beetle/Booster wave... The only problem with that is, that wave 10 was already out... So no one is going to buy old figures... So the eventually went to the clearance rack and now, there is not a spot for the line...
